This was taken when Noelle received our care package.
Noelle Grace Wei is our 2nd adopted child, the 4th child to enter into our family and she will be the 3rd oldest in birth order. Noelle is currently living at Prince of Peace Children's Home in Tianjin, China. You can visit www.popsfoundation.org to view more about the ministry and founder of the Home. It truly is an amazing story. We are comforted to know that Noelle is receiving great care at this time.
Noelle will be 5 when she joins our family.

Noelle's birthday is March 6, 2005
Noelle is diagnosed with mild CP and poor hearing. Based on her developmental reports we believe the mild cp was mis diagnosed. We will not know any more about her hearing until we have her tested here at home.
We hope to bring Noelle home in the summer of 2010... we are praying everything moves along quickly, but we are thankful she is in such a well-run orphanage.
